Lauren created this mask for her Venom (from Spider-Man) cosplay costume out of InstaMorph.
“Took me about 2 rounds of reheating and re cooling to fit to my face the way I wanted but ever since I started using InstaMorph instead of Worbla I have had such an easier time molding and casting props for my cosplays! Finally!!”
She coated the InstaMorph in PlastiDip (a liquid rubber compound) which help smooth out the layers and provide a professional black finish. The final touches were done with white acrylic and black “puff” paint (for the veins).
