InstaMorph is great for making phone holders that take into account the size of the case. Alex build a custom phone mount that holds his phone with the case on.
“I received a suction cup cell phone mount for Christmas, but I was only able to use it with a “naked” phone. I was determined to make use of it, so I used InstaMorph to create a mounting bracket that could hold my phone with its case on. This bracket is shown in the attached photos
I then attached the suction cup to the lid of a tin can that I cut in half and wrapped in duct tape so it fits snuggly in my car’s cup holder.”
