Making one is easy. Roll out a sheet of InstaMorph (using a rolling pin or pasta roller) and let cool. Then cut out into the desired shape and a hole for the plug to go through. Then using some hot water, a hot air gun, or even a pocket lighter, heat a small strip a few inches below the cutout. Bend the sheet in a 90 deg. angle. If the bottom of the shelf is too weak to hold up your phone, you can always add some strips of InstaMorph on the bottom to reinforce the shelf.
