Ashley sent in this holiday hack for attaching his Christmas tree topper with a bit of InstaMorph.
“We have this topper that came from our grandmother that has a really skinny opening for the tree. Our tree top this year was really fat, and the topper wouldn’t fit. We used some InstaMorph to make an ‘adapter’ for the tree. Just heated up a bit of plastic and squished it around the tree, then drew out the end into a taper that would fit the hole in our tree topper.
Worked great and was done in only a couple minutes. I don’t really know of a product that would have allowed me to accomplish this, so I’m glad I had some InstaMorph lying around."
