Costume Manacles
Leah used InstaMorph to create a set of costume manacles for an upcoming performance of “The Crucible” at her college. The only problem was getting a nice rusted color instead of the default white that InstaMorph comes in. She found her answer by mixing in some Reevers Tempera Powder paint into some warm InstaMorph. She kneaded it into the InstaMorph several times (which apparently was a messy but worthwhile result), before shaping them into the curved shape of the manacles. All that was left was feeding some bolts thought them and adding a piece of rusted chain and, presto, instant prop manacles. The show can now go on!
