Zack used InstaMorph to make a custom face mask AND helmet, which he later painted with acrylic paint. He was also able to fashion a back strap which uses Velcro bands to hold the whole thing snuggly on his head head.
The mask kind of reminds us of a KISS band member with a Koopa shell (Mario Brothers reference) for a helmet. For some reason, unknown to us, he also has a bloody nose. Nice job, Zack!
